Updated November 3, 2026. This notice explains the information collected through the agency-pilot enquiry form.

What you send

The form collects your name, email, agency or business name, optional website and requested timing, project description, and permission to use those details to respond. It may include the campaign source identifiers from the link you followed. Please do not submit credentials, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential client material.

What happens to it

Your request is sent to Q Enterprises' existing inquiry service, stored in its Cloudflare-hosted inquiry store and used to notify Robert at robertq@qenterprises.net. Q Enterprises uses it to review your request, correspond with you and keep a record of the enquiry. A reference number means the service recorded your request; it does not confirm a booking, payment or response deadline.

No promotional signup

This form does not add you to a marketing list or begin an automated promotional email sequence. Project-related replies are separate from marketing subscriptions.

Technical information

The hosting and form providers process request information needed to operate and protect the site. The inquiry service uses a hashed network address for rate limiting. This campaign page does not add advertising pixels, analytics cookies or browser storage. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' own practices.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests

Email robertq@qenterprises.net with your reference number when available. No automatic retention deadline is currently configured for inquiry records; ask about access, correction or deletion through that address.
